According to the good folks over at the iPhone Dev-Team, Apple didn't patch the hole used to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 in 4.3.2, so they were able to exploit it again for their latest untethered jailbreak.
The untethered 4.3.2 jailbreak works on all Apple devices that can run 4.3.2 except for the iPad 2, so that includes:
- iPhone 3
- iPhone 4 (AT&T)
- iPod Touch 3G
- iPod Touch 4G
- iPad
