Tiger King star Jeff Lowe, one of the many eccentric individuals at the center of the docuseries, has shot down a recent conspiracy theory about the show. Over the past two weeks, fans of the Netflix series have begun to theorize that Carole Baskin's first husband was Lowe.

Before Baskin married Jack "Don" Lewis, who went mysteriously missing in 1997, she was married to another man whom she left after he allegedly abused her. As per the brief information on Baskin's husband, it's estimated that he would be 81 these days. Jeff Lowe, however, says he's 67. That hasn't stopped the theory at all, with many also thinking Lowe was hired to frame Joe Exotic.

With the conspiracy theory gaining traction, Jeff Lowe decided to put an end to the discussion during a Reddit AMA. When asked about theory, in which the Reddit user remarked Baskin doesn't seem like his type, Lowe replied, "You're a brilliant man and she is not my type."

Just to reiterate how much he's not a fan of Baskin, he added, "If I was stuck on a deserted island with her, I would fuck a coconut. I've seen the side by side pictures. It looks more like John and Joe's love child."

He didn't save his insults just for Baskin, however, taking aim at Joe Exotic and claiming he had sex with his tigers. "I think the weirdest thing we found... was a flash drive of Joe and Finley and they were having sexual relations with animals in the park," Lowe replied to one question. That would probably be the weirdest thing about Joe."

As another Reddit user pointed out, this is inconsistent with the many claims by others that Joe was afraid of tigers.

During the AMA, Lowe also took the time to address how the filmmakers behind the series approached him. "They framed it as an expose on Carole Baskins," he wrote. "And to Carole, they said it was warning against the dangers of keeping tigers. They misrepresented the show to everyone."

And if you were wondering, there was no shortage of Redditors absolutely decimating Lowe's character and actions.
