Lil Uzi Finally Dropping 'Eternal Atake?' Meg Thee Stallion vs Label, 360 Deals | Everyday Struggle
On Wednesday’s (Mar. 5) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks kick off the show discussing the Coronavirus that has forced some artists to cancel their shows overseas. Next, the crew dissects the recent label troubles between Megan Thee Stallion and 1501 CEO Carl Crawford. The crew then answers two fan questions regarding the hardships of a record label owner, and breaks down the benefits and negatives of a 360-deal. Soon after, the EDS crew goes through their ‘Hit, Brick or Wait On It’ segment and determines the fate of recent songs, such as ‘That Way’ by Lil Uzi Vert, ‘Someone Sad’ by Swae Lee, ‘Thief in the Night’ by Rod Wave and more. Later in the show, the trio highlights Atlanta rapper, Lil Gotit, in their ‘Fast Break’ segment. To close out the show, they react to Young Dolph’s recent Instagram post, where he says real hustlers do not need a plan B.
