Ahead of the premiere of Game of Thrones Season 8, Sophie Turner sat down with Harper's Bazaar to talk everything from her role as Sansa Stark in the HBO epic, to her relationship with Joe Jonas. During the interview she revealed that she has an inclusion rider in her contracts, meaning she's looking to work with an even split of both men and women. "Now you see women in the camera departments, producing, directing. It's exciting," she said. Despite this, she's OK with Jon Snow actor Kit Harington receiving three times as much pay as her.

The lack of equal pay is a serious problem in both the worlds of film and television, but Turner said that the issue is "a little tricky" in her case. "Kit got more money than me, but he had a bigger storyline," he explained. "And for the last series, he had something crazy like 70 night shoots, and I didn’t have that many. I was like, 'You know what... you keep that money.'"

She did add, however, that she's glad there are more executives in the industry "willing to listen to people saying, 'I want the same amount of money.'" Much has already been said on Harington's grueling shooting schedule for the show's final season, with him previously explaining, "Everyone was broken at the end."

The final six episodes of Game of Thrones kick off on HBO on Sunday, April 14.
