Dream Doll Fires at Tory Lanez, Young Thug Says Lil Wayne is Delaying 'Barter 7' | Everyday Struggle

On Wednesday’s (Jan. 30) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks open up their show discussing Dream Doll’s diss record aimed at Tory Lanez. On the track, “On Ya Head,” Dream details her sexual encounter with Tory and denies having sex with with Bronx rapper Don Q. The trio gives props to Dream for her stellar diss record, and also give their thoughts on her artistry. The crew then shares their thoughts on Joyner’s recent Billboard interview, where he claims that his “I’m Not Racist” video was probably a precursor to Childish Gambino’s track, “This Is America.” Later in the episode, the squad discusses the first-post-prison interview DMX did with Big Boy’s 92.3. In the interview, DMX says today’s rappers are “all promoting drug use,” and he feels like the veterans of the genre need to help the youth with this problem. The EDS crew then runs through a few quick news stories involving Young Thug and Lil Wayne, Bobby Shmurda’s latest photo and update from prison, J. Cole’s 2019 NBA All-Star Game performance and the hateful attacks committed to ‘Empire’ star Jussie Smollett.
