Shaun Weiss, perhaps most known for his role as Greg Goldberg in Disney's The Mighty Ducks franchise, was arrested over the weekend due to public intoxication.

According to TMZ, who will almost always assholeishly publicize mug shots in this manner, Weiss was busted in Oroville, California late Saturday night and ultimately released after a few hours behind bars. No citations were issued.

Back in 2017, Weiss was arrested in Burbank for alleged possession of meth. Weiss, police told People at the time, had been been "stumbling around" an area near the Warner Bros. lot. "[Shaun] hopes jail will help him, and maybe while he is in jail he will write something," the actor's then-attorney, Don Gibble, had said just days earlier when addressing his client's no contest plea in an unrelated petty theft incident.

Weiss' non-Mighty Ducks credits include roles in Boy Meets World, Freaks and Geeks, Pee-Wee's Playhouse, and Drillbit Taylor.

Though assholes will use this as an opportunity to get some jokes off, maybe someone should help this guy out instead?

D3: The Mighty Ducks, which concluded the Mighty Ducks trilogy, dropped way back in 1996. In January of this year, however, we learned that a TV series based on the popular franchise was in development, possibly for a new streaming service set to be launched by Walt Disney Studios. The series is being penned by original franchise writer Steven Brill.
