Travis Scott brought his usual high energy to his performance at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, but when the camera panned to Kylie Jenner aka his girlfriend, she looked less than hype. At the moment the camera showed her, the reality star was seen slightly bopping her head as she sat in her seat in her new-signature blazer look.
And, of course, tweeters noticed.
Scott performed a medley of songs off of his latest album, Astroworld, including "Stargazing," "Stop Trying to Be God," and "Sicko Mode." He even brought out James Blake for a brief cameo. But while Kylie didn't seem interested in Scott's performance, she has been promoting his album heavily. In addition to playing his music for her 113 million Instagram followers, she also said fans would be able to see their daughter, Stormi, during the tour (which is why Nicki Minaj thinks he got the No. 1 spot on Billboard). She also makes sure to put down any rumors about her and Scott breaking up. So, some tweeters interpreted her reaction as pride.
