Kim Kardashian's Fragrance Company Sued Over 'Vibes' Logo

A Chicago-based marketing firm called Vibes has filed a lawsuit against KKW Fragrance for allegedly stealing their bubble-text branding.

One of Kim Kardashian’s many companies has been accused of trademark infringement.

According to The Blast, Vibes marketing agency has filed a lawsuit against KKW Fragrance over the design of a perfume bottle. The Chicago-based company claims Kim’s Vibes fragrance is packaged in a bottle that looks way too similar to their trademarked text-bubble logo.

The bottle in question is part of Kim’s newly released Kimoji fragrance line that consists of three perfumes: Kimoji Cherry, Kimoji Peach, and, the perfume in question, Kimoji Vibes.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Vibe claims KKW “has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo.”

Vibes is seeking unspecified damages and wants all unsold Vibes bottles destroyed.

According to TMZ, the latest batch of Kimoji perfumes racked in $5 million within the first five minutes following its release.
