Comedians Marlon Wayans and Jay Pharoah appeared on TBS' Drop the Mic on Sunday night, battling it out exchanging disses through some impressive bars.

The 45-year-old Wayans faced off against 30-year-old Pharoah in a pretty epic rap battle that had both comedians spitting some barbed rhymes. Pharoah lead off the battle, first taking swipes at Wayans' career, chirping him for being unable to land a Black Panther role, and claiming that it's "ironic that this man's only good role was as a white chick."

Wayans seemed to be taking the heat well, and when it was his turn on the mic, he dialed things up a notch, putting Pharoah on blast for his short-lived stunt on SNL"Jay calls himself a rapper, thinks he'll take the title/ But Ima kick him off the stage like my name was Lorne Michaels," Wayans rapped. He dug in a little deeper with his next bar adding, "As far as history you won't even be remembered/ Alec Baldwin got more time and he's not even a cast member."

The pair continued to put each other on blast for the next four minutes or so, with Pharoah sending shots about Wayans' comedy special Woke-ish, and Wayans blasting Pharoah for his impressions and failed television series. It was a heated face-off, and things got pretty personal at points, but it made for a great battle.

Ultimately, Wayans was deemed the winner and received the golden mic trophy. Watch the video above for the full clip of Wayans and Pharoah's rap battle from Drop the Mic.
