After watching Avengers: Infinity War, we all may need to sit down for a talk. Luckily, Captain America (and tweeters) are here to provide the ultimate after-school special style memes we need.

The latest viral meme comes from Cap's series of PSAs from his cameo in Spider-Man: Homecoming. In it, Cap offers advice on puberty and staying out of trouble while sitting on a backwards chair with his arm leaned over it. In one clip for those in detention, he starts off with "So...you got detention..."

Now tweeters are remixing the image with their own troubles with life. "So. You stayed up til 4am again," reads one. "So you're turning 35 and have no money in savings," reads another.

Last year, Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts also gave a little insight on how the famous PSAs came together.

"I think that was my idea, to have the Captain America Fitness Challenge," Watts told CinemaBlend. "You know, it's so collaborative. I really don't remember whose idea is what, at this point. But I just remember having the President's Fitness Challenge when I was in elementary school and middle school. You had to do different activities, and at the end of it, I think you got a little pin or a badge. I was like, 'How do we incorporate Captain America into high school?' You would have the Captain America Fitness Challenge. He would be the person teaching you about proper nutrition, and brushing your teeth."

And now it's entered meme status. It's also a nice change of pace from the depressing ones of characters disintegrating into the dust. Check a few Cap memes below.
