Drag icon RuPaul is headed to Netflix to star in a brand new comedy series AJ and the Queen, teaming up with former Sex and the City show runner, Michael Patrick King, Deadline reports.

The streaming service has already ordered ten episodes of the Warner Bros. studios show. While Ru's Emmy award-winning reality show RuPaul's Drag Race is already streaming on the Netflix, this show would be his first foray into original content for the platform.

The show stars Ru as Ruby Red, a "a bigger-than-life but down-on-her-luck" drag queen who travels across America with her 11-year-old sidekick AJ in a beat up R/V. In this road trip comedy, Ruby changes people's lives along the way and unsurprisingly offers up a live musical performance in the drag clubs she visits in each new city.  Ru will also write the hour-long episodes.

No word on a release date just yet.
