Stan Lee Will Have at Least 3 More Cameos in the MCU

Stan Lee will be in three more MCU films despite the surrounding reported drama.

Stan Lee will make cameos in at least three more Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Avengers: Infinity War co-director Joe Russo confirmed the comic book legend will appear in Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Avengers 4.

"So, Stan, typically we try to get him out—he doesn’t love to fly—so we try to get him out for his cameos around the same time," Russo told BBC Radio Scotland. "So if we have other movies shooting on the same lot that we’re on, for instance Ant-Man 2 or Avengers 4, we group his cameos together and then move him from one set to the next and kind of get him through his cameos in one day."

Lee's cameos have been happening well before the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He first appeared in 1989's The Trial of The Incredible Hulk as a juror and has since appeared in 33 superhero films overall. Most recently, fans saw him taking Black Panther's chips right after the young King walked away from the gambling table.

On top of being 95 years old, Lee is dealing with a string of drama. After the death of his longtime wife, Lee's former business partner allegedly took advantage of his grieving state and an unidentified thief stole thousands from him. His health is reportedly starting to deteriorate as well.

But that isn't stopping him from pressing on, especially since he's got "so many more stories to tell." Excelsior!
