Scandal is coming to an end soon. But fans of the series should know creator Shonda Rhimes wouldn't let it go out without a bang. (Remember "Dad?")

Aside from a guaranteed riveting ending, Entertainment Weekly reports the Scandal cast will also unite for a live table-read of the series finale on April 19, the same day the show airs.

So far, Kerry Washington, Guillermo Diaz, Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, Tony Goldwyn, Jeff Perry, Joshua Malina, Bellamy Young, Scott Foley, Joe Morton, Cornelius Smith Jr., and George Newbern are slated to perform. There will also be a Q&A as well as a post-reception. But don't expect to bump arms with Washington there. Instead, there will be "special Scandal guest stars."

Proceeds from the live event will benefit the Actors Fund, an organization that "fosters stability and resiliency, and provides a safety net for performing arts and entertainment professionals over their lifespan."

The event will take place at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood at 8 p.m., meaning audience members will be able to see the ending before anyone else.

Rhimes has been mum on the details about the series finale except that it will be a momentous ride. “We are going to handle the end the way we like to handle the important things in our Scandal family: all together, white hats on, gladiators running full speed over a cliff,” she said in a statement last year when the show's end was announced, according to EW.

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, March 15 at 3 p.m. EST. Prices range from $75-$500, and vary depending on if you want to be in the audience for the Q&A and post-reception as well. Get your ticket fingers ready and snag 'em here.
