Actress Heather Locklear was arrested in February on suspicion of felony domestic battery and three counts of battery on a police officer. On the night of the incident, Locklear told police that her boyfriend Chris Heisser had “choked” and “tried to kill” her. After events escalated, reports say the actress told the police who were present, "You fucking deserve your kids to die! You fucking deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!"
People obtained the search warrant and Affidavit of Probable Cause documents from the dramatic night. The documents, prepared by Senior Deputy Sheriff Keith Hall, included body-cam footage of the incident, which took places at Locklear's home in Thousand Oaks, California on February 25, and accounts by Sergeant Camo and deputies Nesgis and Alldredge, who were on the scene. In the accounts, Hall wrote that the actress "...said the fight first started when [Heisser] lied to her and she threw a can of Red Bull at him. Locklear told Deputy Alldredge that [Heisser] had strangled her and that she was afraid he would kill her." Heisser denied touching her.
Heisser alleged that Locklear attacked him while he was on the bed in the bedroom and he had to defend himself. The report noted that Heisser "was bleeding from the bridge of his nose and he had redness on his chest." The report reads, "He did not know how many times Locklear struck him. Locklear bit his face and described Locklear as being ‘all over’ him for the last 20-30 minutes acting ‘crazy,’ ‘angry,’ and ‘wild.’" Hall noted that Locklear "exhibited combative, belligerent, and aggressive behavior toward deputies" during the course of the investigation.
Hall alleged violence against the present officers by Locklear. He wrote, "Locklear walked to her bedroom and began to close the door. Deputy Alldredge put his foot in the doorway to prevent her from closing it, and to continue the investigation. Heather attempted to push Deputy Alldredge out of the doorway and screamed, ‘Get the fuck out of my house!’ She battered Deputy Alldredge by kicking him in his shin in an attempt to get his foot out of the doorway. The source was strong enough to force Deputy Alldredge’s leg out of the doorway."
Hall said Locklear continued to yell profanities at the police. She allegedly told them to "leave her house while pacing back and forth in a very aggressive manner" and "tried to physically push Sergeant Camou and Deputy Nesgis with her hands out of the house." She was eventually placed under arrest.
Locklear then told Deputy Nesgis, "You fucking deserve your kids to die!" according to Hall, and "Get the fuck off my property. Don’t ever come on it...I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and fucking put another count against me.'" The threat to shoot the cops prompted a search warrant on Locklear's house.
