If there's one thing that's missing once you send a kid to school, it's proper sex education. Actress Jessica Biel and husband Justin Timberlake are tackling it head-on by starting their 2-year-old son Silas Randall's sex education right now, according to People

The 35-year-old actress explained that she helps her son identify various body parts, along with their anatomically correct terms. "I have a 2½-year-old [and] we’re starting [sexual education] now,” Biel said. “We’re using technical terms … we shower together, and [we say], ‘This is what I’ve got. This is what you’ve got.’ We just talk about it. I know it’s really young, but I really believe that if you start this early, there’s no shame.”

She also wants to ensure that Silas learns to appreciate the differences between different people as well. “It’s a beautiful thing. You have it and mine is different and it’s cool, man. We have to respect ourselves and respect each other. So I believe it starts really young.”

For Biel, she feels like she's also still learning things in terms of sex, and is “always trying to have a higher sexual IQ.” Figuring out your preferences can sometimes be tricky, but the more she learns, the easier it gets to get down to the nitty gritty about what's fun and what isn't. “I feel confident to say, ‘You know what? I’m not feeling it,’ or, ‘This doesn’t feel good’ or, ‘I like this.’

She might be staying mum about when baby No. 2 might be on the way, but remembers feeling slightly unprepared during her first pregnancy. “No one tells you what happens,” Jessica said about healthcare for new mothers. “You prepare for the day in terms of having a baby [and] you have this baby, and then everyone’s like, ‘Bye, see you later! Good luck!’”
