Imagine the kids of Netflix’s Stranger Things seriously vibing out to Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow,” post-award show. I mean, stranger things have happened, right? (See what I did, there?)
Well, fortunately, you don’t have to imagine it, because it actually happened at Netflix's SAG Awards after-party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood on Sunday night. TMZ captured all the action on video for your viewing pleasure. Warning: this may be too adorable for some viewers.
Millie Bobby Brown was definitely not faking it when she said she wore her Chucks on the SAG Awards red carpet because she intended on getting down later in the night. Earlier in the evening, she told PEOPLE, "You got to go for Converse. You gotta dance the night away, win or lose!"
And dance, she certainly did. She and Gaten Matarzzoa led the too cute (and fresh) for school charge to Fat Joe’s "Lean Back." They were joined by actors Lonnie Chavis of This is Us and Marsai Martin of Black-ish. But the kids went from turnt to lit all the way up once Cardi started playing, as they are often wont to do. Converses may not be bloody shoes, but Brown made some money dance moves in her comfortable kicks. On another note, I wonder if "Bodak Yellow" is as popular in the Upside Down.
