On Monday, actress Selma Blair gave specifics on threats she received from disgraced director James Toback, who reportedly had more than 300 women come out and accuse him of sexual harassment.

Speaking on CBS's The Talk, Blair said that Toback had forcefully rubbed his penis on her during a 1999 encounter. She also says that the director/screenwriter violently threatened her if she ever told anyone. "I had literally been afraid for 17 years of James Toback," the actress says in the clip above. "[Toback] threatened to murder me and put cement shoes on [me] and gouge my eyes out with a Bic pen if I ever told anybody."

According to Mashable, the veteran actress also said that "after he finished, he told me, 'There is a girl who went against me. She was going to talk about something I did. I am going to tell you, and this is a promise, if she ever tells anybody, no matter how much time she thinks went by, I have people who will pull up in a car, kidnap her, and throw her in the Hudson River with cement blocks on her feet. You understand what I’m talking about, right?"

Asked by host Sharon Osbourne if she thought Toback should be in jail, she paused momentarily before stating "I do think James Toback belongs in jail. It is a lot of he-said she-said, but people have come to me personally that he's done much worse to, and yes, I do believe he deserves to be in jail."

That question was preceded by Osbourne referencing a report that said the local district attorney and police were investigating both Toback and Harvey Weinsten for their alleged decades of sexual misconduct and assault. Blair says she was originally motivated to come forward with her story to Vanity Fair after the flood of reports poured out on Weinstein, which made her wonder if anyone had similar experiences with Toback.
