UPDATED 11:36 p.m. ET: Kim Kardashian denied the reports of her planning for a fourth baby via a surrogate on Twitter, calling it "Fake news."

Original story is below.

It's about to get a little bit harder to keep up with the Kardashians.

Inside sources told People that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are once again in baby-making mode right after the birth of their third child, Chicago West, via surrogate this month. “Even before Chicago was born, Kim was talking about asking the surrogate to carry her next baby,” the source revealed. “She’s so happy with the whole process and thrilled with the surrogate. Kanye was even bonding with the surrogate’s husband in the delivery room.”

Kim delivered her daughter North, 4, and Saint West, 2, via natural birth. However, complications that arose during labor made getting pregnant for the third time dangerous for the reality star, who suffers from a condition called placenta accreta. This is an extremely rare complication where the placenta, which supports the baby during pregnancy, doesn't expel from the body postbirth as it should. Therefore, it has to be manually removed by the doctor, a painful process that leads to scar tissue. Kim has often been candid about her fertility struggles both in the media and on her reality show. In 2015, while pregnant with Saint, Kim told E! News,  "I just don't think pregnancy and me really agree with each other."

Kim and Kanye have not revealed the identity of their surrogate but did say she is the "perfect" person to carry their child.
