Back in October, TMZ reported that reality TV star Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian family over her canceled E! series Rob & Chyna. The suit alleged that the family used their "power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season."

Chyna's ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian, as well as Kris Jenner, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, were all initially listed as defendants. Not too long after that, Chyna removed everyone but Rob, Kim, and their mother Kris from the suit. "Does 1-100" is listed under the defendants portion of the suit, meaning that people can be added at a future date.

While Chyna claims there was a plot to undermine the show from returning to air, sources at E! have been reported as saying Chyna made filming difficult as she allegedly refused to be in the same room with Rob. The network was also supposedly not satisfied with the ratings of the show's first season.

Now, the Kardashians are fighting back. They have filed legal documents asking for Chyna's suit against them to be dropped, arguing that the show was canceled due to Chyna, not them, TMZreports. Claims of domestic violence, allegedly perpetrated by Rob against Chyna, have been reportedly rescinded in exchange for $20,000 a month in child support. The Kardashians are also refuting Chyna's claims of defamation, saying that she did indeed leave her child Dream at home to go out partying.

Back in September, reports that Rob filed a suit against Blac Chyna for assault, battery and vandalism surfaced. Rob alleged that Chyna beat him while she was high and drunk, using an iPhone charging cable cord to choke him. Rob also claimed that Chyna struck him in his head and face. The alleged assault reportedly took place in Dec. 2016.
