Terry Crews informed a TMZ photographer as he walked out of the LAPD's Hollywood division that he plans to file a civil lawsuit and pursue criminal charges against the Hollywood agent who allegedly sexually assaulted him last year. Crews revealed on Twitter last month that he was groped by Adam Venit, head of the motion picture group at William Morris Endeavor.
Deadline confirmed that Crews has indeed filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department. They report an LAPD spokesman as saying, "We can confirm that a crime report was completed at the LAPD Hollywood division station," though they said they could not confirm who exactly the report was filed against.
Venit's client list includes Emma Stone, Adam Sandler, Vince Vaughn, Eddie Murphy, among others. Two other celebrities Venit represents—Dustin Hoffman and Brett Ratner—are facing sexual harassment allegations of their own.
