Rose McGowan was arrested Tuesday in relation to a warrant for felony cocaine possession.

According the Variety, the actress turned herself into the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office about nine months after a warrant was issued for her arrest. She has since been released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

The warrant, obtained by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department, stems from an incident in January, when authorities allegedly found traces of narcotics in personal belongings left behind on a plane at the Washington Dulles International Airport. Investigators believed they belonged to McGowan.

Shortly after the warrant began making headlines in October, McGowan suggested it was a conspiracy to keep her silent.

The 44-year-old actress is one of the many women who have accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault and misconduct. McGowan claims the film producer raped her in 1997 and then gave her a $100,000 settlement to keep quiet.

"I have been silenced for 20 years. I have been slut-shamed. I have been harassed. I’ve been maligned. And you know what? I’m just like you," she said during a speech at the Women’s Convention on Oct. 27. "Because what happened to me behind the scenes happens to all of us in this society and that cannot stand and it will not stand."
