Fans of the series Riverdale will be delighted to know that a piece of the fictional, Archie Comics-based world is coming to life as the series prepares to launch its second season. This Thursday and Friday (October 12 and 13), Netflix is hosting a number of pop-up shops around the country inspired by Riverdale's favourite hangout, Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe.
The event will include free milkshakes, the opportunity to try on some Riverdale outfits and, of course, plenty of photo opportunities. The pop-up restaurants will be “decked out with all the Pop’s essentials,” shares the official press release, and promised a drinkable spin on "Archie’s classic dilemma": Betty (Old Fashioned Vanilla) or Veronica (Double Chocolate).
