On Tuesday, People confirmed that Game of Thrones co-stars Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) and Ygritte (Rose Leslie) got engaged.

Also according to People, the couple’s real-life relationship budded in tandem with its on-screen depiction back in 2012. After a year, they are said to have broken up, only to rekindle their romance before confirming it on the red carpet of London's Olivier Awards in April 2016. This past June, during a segment on James Corden’s Late Late Show, Harington revealed the couple had moved in together. “I’ve moved in with my other best friend, Rose,” he said at the time. “I’m very, very happy and it’s going well. She has all sorts of ideas for the house.

“I said to her—because she moved into my house—I said, ‘Look, darling, it’s important that this is our space, that it feels like our space and that you haven’t just moved into mine. Move anything you want around—change anything or chuck anything out.’”

In that same interview he also got his balls busted by Nicole Kidman, who wondered, “Are you going to get married?”
