With less than a month to go until the release of Iron Fist, anticipation is high for Netflix’s latest Marvel superhero saga. For those of you still not familiar with Iron Fist, Netflix Canada has dropped a quick primer on Danny Rand, a.k.a. Iron Fist.
Iron Fist follows the story of billionaire Danny Rand, played by Finn Jones, who returns to New York 15 years after being presumed dead in a plane crash. In the featurette (watch above), we get to see a bit more of Rand, and learn what he’s capable of. What do we know? Well, Rand is determined to reconnect with his past and his family legacy and fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.
Iron Fist is the fourth live-action Marvel original series to hit Netflix -- Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage are already available on the streaming service. After Iron Fist drops, we'll have all four members of The Defenders aligned. Word is that Marvel's The Defenders will be coming next, hitting Netflix later this year.
