Have you ever wondered what television show is most popular in your hometown or city? Well, if so, thanks to this interactive cultural map, you can now get the answer to that question. Instead of your average political map, which shows the nation's divide on the elections or social issues, The New York Times pulled together a series of cultural maps, which show how distinct each city is in regards to its TV preferences. And you wouldn't believe what areas watch Duck Dynasty, Love & Hip Hop, and NCIS the most.

The survey was gathered by looking at the ZIP codes of active Facebook users who "liked" certain TV shows. As a result, The Times found the 50 most-liked shows and grouped them into specific geographic locations. It was revealed that there is a national culture split among three regions: cities and their attendant suburbs, rural areas, and what the article calls "the extended Black Belt"—"a swath that extends from the Mississippi River along the Eastern Seaboard up to Washington, but also including city centers and other places with large nonwhite populations." "This reflects the business of television as much as it does a fracturing national culture," the Times states. Of course, some shows have broad appeal, but some others have racked up the high fan percentages in very specific regions. Here are the top ten most-liked shows and their fan bases.
