After the release of Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice in March, comics book nerds and moviegoers alike are buzzing about the upcoming Justice League film. When the trailer for it was released at San Diego Comic-Con in July, fans have much to anticipate seeing Batman in his new suit, and a more light-hearted feel to the film's screenplay like The Avengers per the short clip of Batman asking Aquaman: "I hear you can talk to fish?"

Twitter celebrated Batman Day, an observation of the Caped Crusader on Sept. 17, and the director of both Batman vs. Superman and Justice League Zack Snyder added to the anticipation when he tweeted a photo of actor J.K. Simmons playing Commissioner Gordon standing next to the Bat Signal.

Snyder tweeted a secondary photo of himself standing in front of it.

Earlier this week, Snyder teased fans with a peak at the new Tactical Batsuit that Ben Affleck will be wearing in Justice League.

The DC Comics film will feature the following actors: Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill  (Superman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Jason Momoa (Aquaman).

And to add to the buzz of Batman Day, Gal Gadot tweeted a caricature of Batman that looks more like a Powerpuff Girls character than the Dark Knight himself.

In unrelated news, here's a new poster of the upcoming Lego Batman movie due out February 2017. Looks pretty sweet, right?
