Celebrating the 25th anniversary of Nickelodeon's game-changing Nicktoons just got a whole lot better now that another of the Nicktoons is returning as a TV movie: Rocko's Modern Life. That's not even including its appearance in the super-sized Nicktoons movie said to also feature Rugrats, Aaahh! Real Monsters, and Ren & Stimpy!

One of the best Nickelodeon cartoons, Rocko's Modern Life aired for four seasons starting in 1993 before getting canceled. Now the show, starring Rocko the wallaby, is back to impart more life lessons and guide you through adulthood, as Entertainment Weekly exclusively reported.

Rocko and friends will return for a one hour TV special with Rocko's Modern Life creator Joe Murray as co-director and executive producer.

"I'm very happy to be rejoining Rocko and my friends from O-Town again," Murray said in a statement. "What I have found by bringing these characters back is that it's not so much about nostalgia, but a sense that they still feel relevant and fresh to me, and after 20 years, they can't wait to comment on modern life in the 21st century. They still have a lot to say."

And that's all we know about the movie—no release date, title, or cast has been announced.

"Greenlighting a Rocko's Modern Life special is another strong example of how we are bringing our library content back for both new audiences and the generation that grew up on them in the '90s," Chris Viscardi of Nickelodeon Franchise Properties told EW. "It's a testament to the strength and appeal of these characters that so many people have loved Nick animation for these last 25 years, and we are excited to bring them back for new stories and adventures."

This is another huge win for Nickelodeon and an equally huge win for Nickelodeon fans, who also have upcoming Hey Arnold! and Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movies to look forward to.
