There are many senses in which Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are a dream team, and Monday they demonstrated once again why they are a super couple when they told Piers Morgan exactly how many seats he could take after the television personality and "journalist" went on a Twitter rant about Muhammad Ali.

Since news of Ali's death broke over the weekend, Morgan has been on Twitter and the Daily Mail trying to sell the public on the idea that Ali was "appallingly racist" and "inflammatory":

Ali spewed a lot of hateful, racists things, then preached peace & unity. We should learn from him.

Absolutely, but that doesn't excuse his appallingly racist statements at the time - does it? https://t.co/Ggdg1uUErH

Morgan was clearly going in for what he does best: troll anyone with even mildly leftist leanings. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen apparently had enough, calling out Piers for racist trolling. The dragging began when Legend encouraged Morgan to retire, and Teigen jumped in to back him up.

.@piersmorgan you could test us by announcing your retirement.

Maybe I should take up a proper job, like modelling? > RT @chrissyteigen: @johnlegend from what? trolling isn't a job (I've tried)

Morgan, in a classy comeback that only he could muster, retorted by suggesting that Teigen doesn't have a real job:

Teigen had the perfect retort:

It's extremely unlikely that Morgan will stop reveling in pissing people off any time soon, but the John Legends and Chrissy Teigens of the world are cause for hope.
