Khloé Kardashian has reportedly filed for divorce from Lamar Odom. This is the second time Khloé has filed. She first filed in 2013 before ultimately calling it off in October 2014 after Odom was hospitalized for an overdose.
Khloé and her attorney Laura Wasser filed for divorce Tuesday, according to TMZ. She reportedly cited "irreconcilable differences" like she did when she first filed. Sources told TMZ there was a prenup and that they worked out a property settlement. Sources also said the divorce is amicable, with Odom being told before Khloé filed.
Khloé first filed for divorce in December 2013, but she still tried to save the marriage. In an episode of Kocktails With Khloé she revealed that she even tried to have a baby to fix things with Odom.
The exes were seen being amicable at Yeezy Season 3 when they appeared together, stirring up rumors of a reconciliation, but she quickly shot them down.
Khloé went on to tell People: "I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now. There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
She added, "Only time will tell."
But a lengthy message about letting people go posted on Facebook last month would indicate Khloé was done with Odom for good. Part of the message reads:
"People say time heals all wounds... I say time heals wounds but scars are left to remind you what you have been through and what you survived. Stop shattering your own heart by trying to make a relationship (friend, family, partner) work that clearly isn’t meant to work.”
Since Khloé and Odom's initial split she's gone on to date French Montana and James Harden—breaking up with the latter in February.
Reps for Kardashian and Odom did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.
