UPDATE 05/26/16: Thanks to the joys of the internet, Hey Arnold! creator Craig Bartlett has been forced to make a statement on this alleged eating of ass. "The scene is from 'Arnold's Thanksgiving,'" Bartlett toldA.V. Club Thursday. "The kids are leaving Mr. Simmons' apartment, where his family is arguing at the table. That's Uncle Chuck eating a turkey with his hands. I assure you it was never intended to be what the guy tweeted it was." And so it is.

See original story from 05/25/16 below.

There's a long history of supposedly hidden sexual innuendos in children's movies—we all know about the dust (maybe) spelling "sex" in The Lion King or the (maybe) penis-shaped castle from The Little Mermaid—but this newly unearthed scene from the classic Nickelodeon series Hey Arnold might ruin your childhood (or make it more awesome, depending on the type of person you are).

Let's go to the footage. Keep an eye on what's happening just inside that window, where someone obviously forgot to close the curtains because they were in too much of a hurry to, as some people on the internet believe, get down to the business at hand. The business of eating ass. You can make your own decision on whether or not said ass eating is really going down.

And in case you need a screen grab...

Alright, so as BroBible points out, the guy in the window was licking a plate in the previous scene, and this appears to be a continuation of that action from a different angle, but that doesn't mean it's innocent. It's hard to believe the animator who worked on this episode didn't notice it looked like some serious rim job action was going on here (note: that lady seems to be way into it). And at the very least, they didn't fix it if it was accidental. Good for them. It only took 15 years to get busted.

Hopefully, there won't (or will) be some more NSFW action going on between the adults in the background when that Rugrats x Hey Arnold crossover movie finally drops.
