While we’re still coming to terms with the baby bombshell dropped by Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, a different celebrity spawn may have come into this world virtually unnoticed. According to reports, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes welcomed their second child on the low two weeks ago.
If the birth certificate obtained by TMZ is correct, a baby by the name of Amanda Lee Gosling was born on April 29th at 8:03 a.m. at Providence St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif. The parents on that special document are listed as Eva De La Caridad Mendez and Ryan Thomas Gosling. The pair already has a 20-month-old named Esmeralda Amada. For those wondering why they love the name Amanda so much, it belonged to Eva’s grandmother and means "beloved" in Spanish.
Gosling and Mendes, who have a history of keeping their pregnancies top secret for lengthy periods of time, have never "wanted anyone beyond her close friends and family knowing more than they had to," an insider revealed to People. "And Ryan is certainly private and always has been."
Reps for both actors did not immediately respond to comment.
Aside from daddy duty, Gosling will keep busy this summer filming that much anticipated Blade Runner sequel with Harrison Ford and Robin Wright. Details are scare but we do know it’s slated for release January 12, 2018.
