Ryan Murphy's American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is currently one of the most enthralling and exciting shows on television. Since the show's plot is exclusively grounded in reality, save a few embellishments, the characters in the show beg comparison to their real-life counterparts. The Kardahsian family, for example, isn't thrilled about their representation on the show, and O.J. Simpson himself said that Cuba Gooding Jr.'s head is too small. Now Kato Kaelin, a witness in the murder case, has admitted that he thinks John Travolta'sRobert Shapiro is disappointing.

TMZ reports that Kaelin is featured on this week's episode of Matt Weiss' and Theo Von's Allegedly podcast during which he shares his opinions about the accuracy of the show's portrayals. While he lauds Courtney Vance's spot-on and Emmy-deserving portrayal of Johnnie Cochran, he says that Travolta's portrayal of Robert Shapiro isn't the dead-on depiction he was hoping for. "I just think John Travolta is not hitting Shapiro at all," he says. Kato senses there's some hesitation in Travolta's approach.

In the episode of Allegedly that comes out Tuesday, Kato also dishes about other beleaguering incidents concerning the trial, including the auction for the suit he wore at the time. "I think it's horrible," Kato says.
