#OscarsSoWhite has led to this year's boycott of the ceremony from Jada Pinkett-Smith, Will Smith, and Spike Lee. It even almost included this year's Oscar-nominated Best Supporting Actor Sylvester Stallone. A call to diversity from Hollywood's directors and actors has inspired a group of protesters and they took the protest right under the Academy's noses.

Today the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' traditional Oscar nominee luncheon happened where Oscar nominees get together for their very own awkward class photo. Outside of this lavish luncheon at California's Beverly Hilton a group of protesters held signs reading "Boycott #OscarsSoWhite" with one poster showing a white Oscar statue. The group was led by Najee Ali who’s the director of Project Islamic Hope and who organized the protest. Ali said, "We're not just asking African-American talent not to attend the Oscars, we're asking the entire industry to support the boycott and show their solidarity in support of diversity."

If you're more of a visual learner take a look at the aforementioned awkward (and very white) class photo.
