Milo Ventimiglia Is Headed Back to 'Gilmore Girls'

Jess is back!

After Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham were confirmed for the much-anticipatedGilmore Girls reboot, it looks like another fan favorite is coming back to Stars Hollow, Connecticut as well. Milo Ventimiglia announced that he would be reprising his role as Jess Mariano, Rory’s bad boy ex, and he let it be known via Twitter.

According to Variety, the show will return on Netflix for four 90-minute episodes. Also heading back for the reboot are Yanic Truesdale, Liza Weil, Matt Czuchry, Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Keiko Agena, Sean Gunn and newcomer, Younger’sSutton Foster. Melissa McCarthywas not asked to reprise her role as the clumsy chef Sookie but creator Amy Sherman-Palladino says she’d love to have her back.

The original series aired on the WB Network from 2000 to 2007.
