The platforming marsupial was one of the biggest hitters of the early days of the Playstation 1, but never really managed to sustain a franchise over subsequent console generations like Mario or Sonic has. Still, those OG PS1 games (made by future The Last of Us and Uncharted developers Naughty Dog) are some 3D platforming perfection, and a reboot if definitely, definitely due.
