Don't call it a "hook up" app.

Sharing nudes on social media is an honored tradition for the libido-driven user, but strict policies are making it difficult. Twitter and Instagram are quick to delete if you show so much as a nipple, Snapchat gets rid of pics within five seconds, and Tumblr is just a corner of the Internet many refuse to visit. Well, a new app is looking to change all of that.

Uplust is both a social media platform and a new way to get your adult entertainment kick without the risk of a terminated account, the Daily Dotreports. It’s actually calling itself "the first uncensored social media site that allows users to upload, edit and share sexy pictures and videos." So, definitely not a hook up app.

Like most other content-sharing platforms, users can upload a photo or short video that will loop, and include captions or hashtags. It also allows you to apply filters in case you’re feeling artistic. Additional features include sex-themed games (naughty Candy Crush, anyone?) and a token system similar to Facebook’s. There will be opportunities to earn additional tokens via weekly community challenges, and users can even cash them out for actual money.

Don’t expect to see too many porn stars—this app is for regular people. In fact, 65% of its users are women (with 15% identifying as bisexual). A rep toldBustle this can be attributed to the fact that women have more control of the way their bodies are shown. "Because it's not studio-produced porn, [the site] puts women in control of their bodies, and doesn't reinforce unrealistic body types," they said. "There's also a significant transgender presence on Uplust, which I think is really interesting in light of the Instagram controversy." What they’re referring to is Instagram’s vague policy some say flag trans users’ content as "obscene" but don't do the same for their cis counterparts.

Uplust isn't available in the Apple store or Google Play just yet. You'll have to head over to their website to download the app.
