The Inevitable 'Walking Dead' Theme Park Ride Might Look a Little Something Like This

AMC really should just become the graphic novel network.

The relentless winning streak from AMC, a.k.a. the Graphic Novel Network, is now very close to including the presumably competitive field of theme park attractions. Taking a page from the Hunger Games, Sons of Anarchy, Back to the Future, etc. handbooks, the animatronics company Sally Corporation has unveiled The Walking Dead: Battle for Survival.

The potential ride, which premiered at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions convention, is planned as a "mixed media ride featuring familiar settings and characters from the TV show using a combination of live animatronics and effects with projections," according to Time. Though the ride reportedly doesn’t have a buyer just yet, this tiny glimpse at the proposed attraction suggests that the funding should come through relatively soon.

No word yet on the equally inevitable companion ride that actually turns out to be just as good if not better than the original, Fear the Walking Dead: Battle for Survival.
