Bet you didn’t know that Ashton Kutcher played Steve Jobs in a biographical film back in 2013. And you know why you didn’t know this? Because the movie was a total flop and box office bomb.

This year’s newest Jobs biopic, Steve Jobs, written by Aaron Sorkin and starring Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet, and Seth Rogen, promises to be much better than the aforementioned film. In fact, it’s already getting rave reviews, GP reports.

At yesterday’s New York Film Festival, Fassbender talked about the upcoming film and how he prepared for the role. “I studied Ashton Kutcher,” he said, which is a pretty slick diss if you think about it. Poor Kutcher. He probably thought he was playing the role of a lifetime with that one.
