So Khloe and Lamar are NOT getting back together? After a dramatic past couple weeks, which landed the Kardashian's almost-ex-husband in the hospital after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, Khloe was supposedly giving their marriage another chance. Well maybe not quite. A new People cover today reveals that calling off the divorce "doesn't mean they're back together." So, what does it mean?

"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," Kardashian tells People. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now." She continues: "It's not anything sexual or intimate. I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it's the same, except I'm here supporting him fully."

Khloe has been criticized today for doing a magazine cover in the midst of personal drama, but she took to Twitter to confirm she did the shoot and interview BEFORE the events, and the quote about the divorce was included as a last-minute follow-up interview. Read the clarification below:

I want to make this VERY clear.... My people cover, I shot and interviewed for PRIOR to all the events that happened. PART 1
It was contracted press for my book that I wrote months and months ago. Timing is what it is. PART 2
Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your fucked up energy!
Know the facts before you throw stones
I had to do a follow up 5 minute phoner after the events only because I was contracted to. I cancelled my book tour to avoid this attention.
To the ones who uplift and send love.... I love you more! I appreciate the support. Have a great day babies! Kisses and hugs 💜💜💜💜
