For some reason, previews for trailers are a thing now and AMC has jumped in on the action by releasing a whole five seconds of never-before-seen footage for their new series, Preacher.

Developed by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Sam Catlin, the show is an adaptation of the graphic novel series created by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon. The black comedy follows a conflicted preacher named Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper) who somehow merges with a creature that escaped from heaven.  As a result, he has the ability to make anyone do whatever he says. Because not everyone can handle that much power, he—joined by ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun)—sets out on a journey to find God. Literally.

According to TheWrap, the actual trailer is set to premiere this Sunday during a new episode of The Walking Dead
