Chuckie was super scared of clowns on the Rugrats—but they're not that cool in real life either, if you bump into them in a cemetery in the middle of the night. CBS reports that a couple saw a man dressed as a clown walking around and climbing the main gate of the Rosehill Cemetery in Chicago.

Julia Graham and her husband drove past the cemetery around 10 p.m. on a night earlier this month, when they spotted a man wearing a circus-inspired get-up run towards them and scale the 7-foot gate that stood between them. Graham told CBS she was "freaked out," which is about the most understated thing we would have expected her to say.

The clown then waved at them, which is not cool at all.

"I mean, this was somebody putting forth a lot of effort—and being really weird," said Graham.

We heard that. Watch the cell phone footage in the CBS news clip above.
