Charlamagne Tha God has a nose for what’s legit and what’s not. After all, he’s been keeping it real on MTV2’s Guy Code for five seasons now, helping fellas figure out how they need to act toward one another in this ever confusing modern world.
Now, in his new show Uncommon Sense with Charlamagne, the TV and talk radio icon is bringing his comedic sensibility to the vast landscape of social media. Each week, Uncommon Sense will take a look at the biggest stories trending in pop culture and on social media, providing some colorful commentary as well as informative, hilarious segments that will help define the dialogue surrounding these issues. Episodes will feature a rotating panel of guests that includes comedians, entertainers, and the new breed of social media celebrity, who will dive into these trending topics with Charlamagne as their guide. Questions and comments from fans will be addressed in a roundtable discussion, and MTV2’s own Desus & Mero will also weigh in on whether certain moments from the week are “Classic or Trash.”
