The first trailer for Beasts Of No Nation has just dropped, showing off an intense AF role for Idris Elba. The powerful-looking drama takes on the all-too-real topic of child soldiers, following one young West African boy forced to join a unit of mercenary fighters. It’s also directed by Cary Fukunaga, the guy behind the first series of True Detective.
The film is one of the first high-profile original productions from Netflix, and it will debut on the streaming service on October 16 (as well as selected cinemas to make it eligible for awards and stuff).
