Here's How Much a Real Life 'Jurassic Park' Would Cost

Someone took the time to break down the real world costs of operating a Jurassic Park.

In case anyone was thinking about starting a Kickstarter to fund a real life Jurassic Park, the good people at Fandango Movieclips have figured out what your goal should be: a mere $23 billion.

As the video above explains, that number takes into account the cost of a couple private islands, the research, development, construction, staff and upkeep costs of such a theme park.

One big question they didn't answer: how much will tickets cost when they finally do open up a real-life Jurassic Park? If they can get $105 per person to see human-sized mice at Disney World, it seems like they can get a lot more for dinosaurs (assuming there's a low risk of being ripped apart by velociraptors).
