People were all a-twitter this week when Kylie Jenner posted a video of her eating Popeye's chicken on her popular Snapchat account. It appeared she was say "I'm high as fuck," (GASP) but Jenner took to Twitter today to set things straight. The 17-year-old maintains that she isn't the "wild child" people think she is, and that contrary to reporters from this week, she is finishing high school.
