Django Unchained actress Daniele Watts’ brush with the Los Angeles Police Department after allegedly being caught having sex with her boyfriend outside CBS Studios (after some jealous office workers nearby called the police), for which she was charged with lewd conduct, got a little more embarrassing today when she was ordered to apologize to the officer she accused of racial profiling at the time of the incident.
As a part of a plea deal, Watts and her boyfriend have to write apology letters to Sgt.Jim Park, who arrested Watts after she refused to surrender her ID, claiming she was being targeted for being African American with a white boyfriend, as well as two other officers. In addition to the apology letters, the couple must do 40 hours of community service, respectively. Watts and her beau got the lewd conduct charge dismissed today when they pled no contest to disturbing the peace.
