The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!” — John 12:9-19

The A.D. years had only just begun the last time Jerusalem was host to such a momentous event. According to The Jerusalem PostKim Kardashian and Kanye West have traveled to the holy city to have their 22-month-old daughter/future protector of the realmNorth West, baptized.

The baptism is reportedly set to take place at the Saint James Cathedral, a 12th-century Armenian church. No word on whether North will ride into the church on a mule and/or be welcomed by a crowd of palm-waving fans.

Finally, it's also important to note that North's baptism will come just a day after her father baptized himself in Armenia's Swan Lake while performing a concert:

UPDATE: The prophecy was true, and North was in fact baptized today, according to Page Six. Here's what the scene outside Saint James Cathedral looked like:

No reports have indicated whether or not North began levitating after having her head dipped in holy water, so let's just assume that's exactly what happened.
