Kim Richards' ratchet behavior on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has spilled over to the The Beverly Hills Hotel. The reality star was arrested at the iconic hotel early this morning after getting into a drunken fight. Security called police and said Richards was belligerent, complete with slurred speech and a strong stench of alcohol. After police finally got her to come out of the bathroom and brought her back to the station, she kicked a cop. She's been charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer.
Kim has a history of issues with substance abuse, but earlier this week she said on the show she wasn't struggling with sobriety. She says she's been clean for the three years since she was released from rehab. Judging by this incident, another stint is in order.
