The Avengers writer and director Joss Whedon is not a fan of the first clip from Jurassic World. He take issue with the short clip not because it features too much dialogue and not enough dinosaurs, but because said dialogue gives off a sexist, dated vibe.

He does have a point. Chris Pratt's character comes off as the fun-loving, hunky savoir. Meanwhile Bryce Dallas Howard's character is like the stereotypical nagging, fun-crushing wife. The sexism may not be blatant, but there's a hint of it at the very least.

This conversation probably won't last long, though. Not when people get the dinosaurs they so desire.
