Someone tell him he's not funny.

The man who was arrested for throwing a banana peel at Dave Chappelle earlier this week apparently takes pleasure in doing this to other black men.

According to the Santa Fe New Mexican, Christian Englander said he did the same outside of a Santa Fe bar two nights later. "I did throw another banana peel last night," the 30-year-old told the publication. The second incident involved Jay Willis, 39, who Englander reportedly fought outside of Evangelo's on Wednesday night:

Wills, 39, who works at local retail store, said he and his friends were outside Evangelo’s, not far from the Lensic on West San Franciso Street, when Englander and some of his friends approached. Wills said Englander began talking to him, but he told Englander he wasn't interested in talking.

Wills said that's when one of Englander’s friends got in my face. The friend — identified by Englander as Spirit — tried to grab Wills, he said, so he defended himself with a push that started the scuffle.

Englander, recounting what led to the incident, said he had heard that Wills didn’t like what he had done at Chappelle’s show. He said he and his friends tried to explain to Wills that he had meant for his action to be taken as a joke. Englander said Wills then became aggressive with his friend, pushed him to the ground and began choking him.

Despite the racial overtones that accompany throwing a banana peel at a black man, Englander insists that he isn't a racist. In fact, he claims that he had bought a bag of banana's on Wednesday as an April Fool's Day joke. Hilarious.

"I was like, the irony of this situation is too much to pass up, and I probably should’ve just let it be," he told the New Mexican of the latest incident.

Perhaps now he'll think before acting, as another incident might end in something worse than arrest.
